Dublin Cemeteries Trust strive to provide the highest standard of service to families, facilitating burials and cremations at our five cemeteries and three crematoria, and providing a wide range of choices which reflect both time-honoured traditions and more contemporary options.

Burials and Cremations

The primary role of the Trust remains as it was at our formation in 1828 - to provide funeral services to people of all religions and none with dignity and respect. Our exceptional team guide people through their personal experience of death and bereavement, and we support them in the final journey of their loved ones.

Please note that as of 1 January 2025, all personal data which had been collected by Glasnevin Crematorium Limited during the process of arranging crematorium services has been transferred to Dublin Cemeteries Trust. We are informing you of this transfer in accordance with our data protection obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and if you have any questions, please contact us at the details provided in our Privacy Policy.
We assure you that any arrangements you may have made with us will remain unchanged, and you do not need to take any action.

Each of our locations below offer their own unique setting and services at the leading edge of innovation and Ireland's evolving funeral traditions. All five provide burial spaces, with cremation services also offered in Dardistown, Glasnevin and Newlands Cross. Our experienced staff at each location will answer any questions you may have.

Buying a Grave

Each of our five locations across Dublin offer their own unique setting and environment, with burial spaces currently available in Glasnevin (Ireland’s National Cemetery), Newlands Cross, Dardistown and Goldenbridge (no new burial spaces are available in Palmerstown).
